This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE and will secure a specific date/time for a private group event that we have both agreed upon.
If you cancel this party for any reason, this deposit is non refundable. If the event continues as planned on said date/time then the 200.00 deposit will go to the event cost, with the rest being due up front upon arrival at said event.
If I go to the event and the minimun of 10 people have not been paid for in full then I will leave the event without performing and keep the non refundable deposit.
There is a minimun of 10 people. 10 people do not have to be at the event, but 10 people have to be paid for. In other words, you can have a group event with 5 people attending, but the minimum amount paid will have to be for the minimum of at least 10 people.
If deposit is paid online, there will be a $10.00 FEE that is charged for credit card fees the company charges me.
